The Cellar Bar is The Bryant Park Hotel’s 3000 sq foot, gothic, cavernous lounge, conveniently located one level above the screening room and right off the hotel lobby. With a capacity of up to 300 people standing or 125 seated, it is the ideal location to host a private event, cocktail reception, or fasion show.
Romantic nightspots sometimes scorch the eye with an abundance of reds and velvets. Cellar Bar, decorated with white-tiled, vaulted ceilings and tapioca loveseats, is cooler than that. The cavernous, descending bar is a warm-weather beauty.

Fashionable couples and sly singles–see the excellent sight lines–throw back lawn drinks like the Citrus Cooler and Cellar Sling (served with a candied black cherry garnish) from smart-looking highballs. Lobster spring rolls and a voluptuous take on knishes, among other luxuriant snacks, lead into bravura desserts such as the lemon mousse and poppy seed tart.
